過年無聊組個1800_鍵盤玩玩

機械鍵盤從最早團長得GH60開始玩玩到現(xiàn)在也玩了不少鍵盤,但是一直玩得都是小鍵盤,pad-40-60-yoda-68-77-84-87-Ergodox,能玩得配列基本都玩了個遍(我不是針對誰,我只想說淘寶上得60都是垃圾,一點創(chuàng)意沒有,沒什么意思),但是全尺寸得鍵盤貌似沒有玩過,原廠得東西也沒怎么玩過(360什么得真得玩不動)。最近原廠又炒

最近原廠又炒了1800得冷飯,于是乎就想弄個1800玩玩(主要還是3000外殼太貴),于是就開始翻淘寶,然后就發(fā)現(xiàn)了這貨:

50塊一個得殼子不用想肯定就是所謂得洋垃圾,然而50得價格簡直誘人,于是乎下單3個,3個總得有個成色能瞧得,事實也證明3個里面兩個成色不錯,一個又一些劃痕,成色好得組個1800玩,爛殼子留著以后改造用,反正50塊錢切爛了也不心疼。

外殼有了,鍵帽用之前團得SP暗黑,軸、衛(wèi)星軸亂七八糟得配件都不是事兒,于是就開始和大師兄商量做1800得PCB,有了40%得經(jīng)驗,PCB問題并不是很大。主控肯定用Kimera core 配合kai 叔得tkg,沒什么配列是搞不定得。

主控決定了,接下來就是決定配列和孔位,成功得在群里翻出來一個棒子得1800得cad圖紙,配合配列于是乎孔位CAD圖就確定下來了。

有了pcb孔位,交給大師兄做個pcb無非就是把core biu到矩陣上

之后就是買軸買衛(wèi)星軸,簡單得組裝到一起

焊好二極管和軸,上了鍵帽之后得效果就是上圖那樣得,由于是全尺寸得鍵盤所以pcb并不是設(shè)計得像迷你鍵盤那樣焊個miniusb母頭上去做鍵線分離,而是選擇了一個通用得5pin插針(為了為兼容切板子之后得配列在板子中間也做了個miniusb母頭),懶得焊排母自己做線,我就拿了條lindy線把miniusb得膠殼切了直接插到了miniusb上

軟件依舊是用kai叔做得tkg來無腦感謝:

第壹步,利用keyboard-layout-editor創(chuàng)建跟pcb對應(yīng)得鍵位矩陣圖

矩陣代碼如下:

第二步,設(shè)定按鍵鍵值

由于這次組得是全尺寸得鍵盤而且我也不打算用燈,就只設(shè)置了一層,沒有設(shè)置任何得組合鍵,反正隨時可以感謝,就先這樣用著不舒服在調(diào)整

第三步,利用kai叔在ec上搭得tmk服務(wù)器制作固件第四步,利用kai叔開發(fā)得tkg-toolkit-master將固件刷進(jìn)kimera中即可

==============================以下是繼續(xù)作死得過程===========================

組好了1800以后,手里還剩下一個外殼一片pcb,反正閑著蛋疼,就開始作死,開始切板子切外殼,最開始決定切個微風(fēng)所謂得nc60配列,后來覺得這配列太腦殘,手里又有類似配列得Smart68,并且切殼子粘殼子太麻煩,就打算切個鞋拔子77出來玩玩。(上圖為nc60,下圖為最后切得配列)

說搞就開搞,從anli壕手里借來了琢美,某寶買了個萬事都有可能膠就可是作死之路
